Additional Information:
- These roles are Permanent Part Time, 50hrs/fortnight
- The internal job title for this role is Customer Co-worker
- Due to operational requirements, candidates must be available to work a flexible rotating roster between 9:00am and 9:30pm, including evenings, 3 out of 4 weekends each month, and peak trading periods.
- To be considered for this role you have full-day availability Wednesdays and Fridays.

- Training: if successful your employment with IKEA will commence on Monday 31 August.

Team vision (text) As Customer Co-worker your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Delivering a fast, friendly, and accurate checkout experience for customers.
- Handling cash and card payments in a reliable, efficient, and accurate manner.
- Supporting daily Customer Experience operations, including responding to customer enquiries and resolving customer concerns.
- Assisting across Customer Experience areas including Greeting, Exchanges & Returns, and Customer Service as required.
- Contributing to a safe, clean, and welcoming customer environment by keeping areas organised, returning products to their correct location, replenishing supplies, and supporting daily operational routines.
- Ensuring customers have a positive final touchpoint during their IKEA shopping experience.
- Recording information accurately in relevant systems to support continuous improvement.
- Working collaboratively with your team to provide a seamless and enjoyable customer experience.
