We're looking for an Accounts Payable & Receivable Officer to join our Finance team and support the accurate and timely processing of financial transactions across the business. As our Accounts Payable & Receivable Officer, you'll be responsible for managing high-volume AP and AR activities, ensuring invoices, payments and reconciliations are processed accurately and on time. You'll work closely with teams across the business, along with customers and suppliers, to resolve queries, improve processes and help maintain strong cash flow performance.
- Processing and reconciling invoices, payments and purchase transactions
- Maintaining supplier accounts and ensuring accurate records are kept
- Preparing and processing EFT payments for approval
- Managing collections, reconciliations and credit administration activities
- Working closely with Supply Operations and Customer Service teams to resolve claims and payment queries
- Assisting with month-end activities and reporting requirements
- Providing timely and accurate support to internal and external stakeholders
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across Accounts Payable and Receivable processes
You are organised, detail-oriented and enjoy working with numbers. You can manage competing priorities, build strong working relationships and take a proactive approach to problem-solving.
You'll bring:
- Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable or a similar finance role
- A sound understanding of finance principles and general ledger allocations
- Strong reconciliation skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Well-developed communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Intermediate Excel skills, with SAP experience highly regarded
- A proactive mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
- A genuine desire to learn, grow and contribute to a positive team culture
