In this rewarding role, you will be at the forefront of the student journey providing clear, personalised advice on course selection and enrolment, while also supporting students as they navigate challenges that may impact their ability to study. You’ll play a vital role in shaping positive student experiences by connecting individuals with a range of support services across CIT, ensuring they feel informed, supported, and set up for success.
To succeed in this role, you will bring strong communication skills and the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds. Your capacity to listen with empathy and understand individual needs will be essential in creating positive and meaningful interactions with CIT.
You will be highly organised, solutions-focused, and able to respond to challenges with confidence and efficiency. Strong multitasking skills are key, along with the flexibility to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a supportive, high-performing team. You will also play an important role in supporting junior staff, helping to build their capability and confidence as they develop within the team.

Eligibility/Other requirements: Experience in a VET or higher education environment in a student-facing role is desirable but not mandatory.
