About the Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated Restaurant Supervisor to help lead the front of house floor day to day, joining the team behind a landmark new restaurant at the Powerhouse Parramatta and helping to deliver a dining experience built on confidence, elegance, and Western Sydney distinction.
About the Role
As a supervisor you will lead sections of the floor, support the management team and ensure every guest receives attentive, polished service that reflects the brand.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and supporting the floor team during busy service periods
- Maintaining high service standards and attention to detail across your section
- Providing guidance and on the job coaching to waitstaff
- Ensuring smooth communication between the floor, bar and kitchen
- Handling guest interactions and feedback with professionalism
- Contributing to a positive, high performance team culture
About You
You are an experienced hospitality professional with supervisory experience in a busy restaurant or similar high volume venue.
You bring:
- Proven ability to supervise a section or shift in a fast-paced environment
- Strong guest engagement skills and a natural floor presence
- Reliability, organisation and a sharp eye for detail
- The ability to lead by example and support team performance
- Genuine enthusiasm for delivering excellent hospitality

Pay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
