Your New Role
Due to continued growth in New South Wales, we are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our Sydney-based operations management team. In this role, you will lead housekeeping operations across multiple sites, drive service excellence, build strong client relationships, and support high-performing teams.
Experience managing outsourced operations and service delivery is essential, along with a strong focus on quality, performance, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive operational performance and service standards across multiple sites
- Monitor KPIs, conduct quality audits, and support continuous improvement
- Manage client and guest feedback to ensure satisfaction
- Build strong client relationships and understand site needs
- Lead, coach, and develop housekeeping teams
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements
About You
You are a confident, results-driven leader with strong hotel housekeeping experience, ideally in an outsourced environment. You are proactive, commercially aware, and able to build trust with clients and teams in a fast-paced operational setting.
