Delaware North Australia is hiring a part-time Food and Beverage Supervisors to join our team across our cafe and restaurant venues at Melbourne Airport.
In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll support daily cafe, restaurant and bar operations, coaching and guiding team members to deliver exceptional food and beverage service. You’ll lead by example, championing service excellence and ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable experience. Supervise and support a diverse team across shifts to ensure service excellence

Lead by example, setting the standard for professionalism and customer care

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee and cocktails, showcasing your barista or bartending skills

Assist in maintaining and setting up the bar, dining and service areas

Manage food and beverage operations to meet financial goals and drive business growth

Mobilise, train and develop team members to perform at their best

Oversee inventory, stock control and ordering processes

Implement upselling and promotional initiatives to boost revenue

Adhere to compliance and hygiene requirements

Proven experience in a supervisory role within a high-volume hospitality venue

Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate and Food Safety Certificate

Skilled in bar operations, including barista preparation experience, preferred

Passionate about hospitality, with a customer-first mindset and energetic approach

Skilled in workforce mobilisation and team development

Comfortable with labour controls and food cost management, desirable
