Working closely with the General Manager, Sales & Marketing, this is an exciting opportunity to take on a highly visible leadership role within a specialist and trusted business, with direct influence over the growth and direction of the Managed Funds Services (MFS) portfolio. MFS supports responsible entities, fund managers and other financial services clients through fiduciary, custody and governance related solutions. You will work closely with senior leaders, shape commercial strategy, lead an established team and play an active role in strengthening PCT’s market presence and long term client partnerships.
Lead sales and relationship management across MFS to deliver revenue growth and retention outcomes
Develop and execute sales and marketing plans aligned to business priorities
Build and deepen relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders
Drive business development activity and track performance against sales targets
Oversee client activity through Salesforce and report on sales performance
Negotiate commercial terms and support high-quality client proposals and pitches
Lead, coach and develop the sales team while maintaining strong risk and governance practices
We’re interested in hearing from people who have:
10+ years’ experience in financial services, ideally across fiduciary services, funds or related markets
Proven experience leading senior sales teams across diverse markets including securitisation, real assets, equities, fixed income, and alternative assets
Strong client relationship, negotiation and influencing skills
Commercially minded with the ability to develop and execute strategy
Confident working with senior stakeholders and across complex environments
Strong problem-solving capability and ability to operate under pressure
Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Strategy or similar
