Our family owned centre is located in Mount Druitt which is purpose built and offers quality care 5 days a week for our children. We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic learner who is excited about starting a career in Early Childhood Education and Care.
We are looking for someone who is:

The position would involve working at our centre Part Time and studying for your certificate III in Children's Services over the course of a year. As this is a traineeship, you will have access to some study hours within your roster. Your role would be to work with children between the ages of infants to 6 years old- supporting their learning and development.
You will learn about and experience all facets of working with young children in a long day care setting, and will gain great knowledge and insight from being part of our team. As one of our Educators, you would need to work effectively with our team to ensure the smooth operation of the centre and contribute to high-quality practices for children, staff, and families. All applicants MUST be an Australian citizen or have full working rights in Australia.
Ideal candidates will be eager to learn and have a hands-on enthusiastic approach. You must also be an independent learner and be able to manage your studies.
Please note that this position is for a non-trained applicant ready to study/work in a traineeship capacity. No other previous experience is necessary.
