The Opportunity
Join a dynamic and highly collaborative Customer Finance team at the heart of Acenda Life’s financial operations, where accuracy meets impact. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the integrity and control of customer Money-In-Money-Out (MiMo) processes, supporting the seamless flow of funds and maintaining trust in every transaction.
As a key contributor, you’ll take ownership of essential cashiering and bank reconciliation activities, supporting period-end close processes and helping to ensure financial records are precise, timely, and compliant. You’ll go beyond the numbers, partnering with stakeholders across the business to investigate discrepancies, uncover root causes, and drive meaningful solutions that enhance operational performance.
This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career finance professional or graduate to build strong foundations in financial control, gain exposure to banking operations, and work closely with both Operations and Technology teams, including contributing to system integration initiatives.
If you’re detail-driven, curious, and passionate about delivering the best outcomes for customers, you’ll thrive in an environment that values collaboration, continuous improvement, and proactive risk management. Bring your ambition and grow your finance career in a team that makes a tangible difference every day.
