Working as part of the Club Lennox Sports kitchen team, you will help deliver consistent, high-quality meals while supporting efficient kitchen operations across preparation, service and stock management.
- Prepare and cook quality meals to a consistent standard
- Support production, food preparation and stock rotation
- Assist with menu planning, costing and implementation
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and presentation
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team during busy service periods
- Support, lead and mentor kitchen team members where required
- Commercial Cookery Certificate III or equivalent experience
- At least five years’ cooking experience in a commercial kitchen
- Experience leading, supervising or mentoring kitchen staff
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and WHS requirements
- A calm, professional approach under pressure
- A genuine passion for food quality, presentation and customer experience
- Availability to work a roster including days, evenings, weekends and public holidays
