About the role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate Allied Health Assistants to join our casual pool of Allied Health Assistants for Griffith Base Hospital.
This is an opportunity to kick start your career in health or expand your skills in a new area, working collaboratively with our diverse Allied Health team while providing clinical and administrative support services. You will get the chance to work with professionals within out Allied Health and Ambulatory Care teams.
As the Allied Health Assistant, you will be responsible for:
Perform and assist with activities under the supervision and direction of treating Allied Health Professionals
Provision of Therapy Programs as directed by Physiotherapists, Speech Pathologists and Occupational Therapists
Maintaining a safe and supportive environment for patients and the multidisciplinary team
Working collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
