In this role, you will work closely with Account Managers to deliver efficient and accurate client servicing, while ensuring compliance and high service standards across the business.
You will be involved in key areas including policy administration, broker support, claims assistance, and client communication.
Key Responsibilities
Policy & Broker Support
- Process new business, renewals and endorsements
- Prepare and follow up quotations
- Assist with client documentation and insurer communications
- Support Account Managers with day-to-day servicing
Claims Assistance
- Support the assessment and management of claims
- Gather and verify claim information
- Monitor claim progress and assist with timely resolution
- Liaise with insurers and internal stakeholders
Client & Internal Service
- Respond to enquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain strong working relationships with insurers and team members
- Contribute to a high standard of service delivery
Compliance & Development
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Support complaint handling in line with IDR requirements (RG 271)
- Work towards Tier 2 and RG 146 compliance
- Participate in ongoing learning and development
About You
We’re looking for someone who is reliable, proactive and ready to grow within the insurance industry.
Skills & Experience
- Working towards or completed Tier 2 qualification (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience in insurance, financial services or administration (preferred but not required)
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident using systems, Microsoft Word and Excel

Pay: $60,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
