Cook (Italian – Pizza & Pasta)
- Experience in preparing pizza and pasta dishes
- Knowledge of Italian cuisine preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
- Strong attention to quality and consistency

Kitchen Hand
- Assist chefs with food preparation
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and equipment
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Previous experience preferred but not essential

Front of House Manager (Part-Time)
- Oversee daily floor operations
- Deliver high-level customer service
- Manage staff and coordinate service flow
- Previous experience in a similar role required

Wait Staff
- Provide friendly and efficient table service
- Take orders and deliver food and beverages
- Maintain a clean and organised service area
- Experience preferred but not essential

Junior Staff (Food Runners / Kitchen Assistants)
- Support both kitchen and front of house teams
