We are pleased to invite applications for the position of UH-60M Platform Services Manager to join our UH-60M Black Hawk team based in Brisbane.
Your responsibilities will include:
This integral senior leadership position will work under the direction of the UH-60M Program Manager and will be required to work closely with the customer and other Lockheed Martin organisations supporting the UH-60M sustainment activities.
The UH-60M Platform Services Manager is responsible for the successful provision of:

The UH-60M Supply Support Capability, including Warehousing and Distribution.

Development and management of a Maintenance Support Network providing Component Maintenance Repair and Overhaul, Calibration and GSE/S&TE services.

Engineering Reach -Back Capability

Program training support
About you:
To be successful in this leadership role it is essential you demonstrate the following skills and experience:
-
Extensive helicopter maintenance, supply chain and training experience
-
Extensive experience managing projects within an Aerospace Sustainment domain.
-
Advanced experience in managing DASR Part 145 Aerospace Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) organisation.
-
Advanced knowledge of Defence Aviation Safety Regulations Part 145 Maintenance Organisations, Part 147 Maintenance Training and DASR Part 66 Maintenance Licensing.
Ideally you will demonstrate the following:

Extensive experience in working with MRO organisations and associated Logistics Support elements

Extensive knowledge of Maintenance Training Organisations
-
Extensive experience in Project Management, including complex schedule development, cost estimation, risk management, Project Reporting and Performance Management Frameworks.
