What you will do

Establish and maintain effective relationships with SMEs, social benefit suppliers, and peak industry bodies (e.g. Supply Nation, Social Traders)
- Partner with key internal stakeholders (procurement, commercial, delivery, and functional teams) to increase engagement of SMEs and social benefit suppliers.

Track and report on social outcomes including employment, training, and participation

Support delivery teams and supply chain partners to meet and exceed social outcomes and training commitments

Connect training organisations (TAFE, RTOs, GTOs, universities) with project and supply chain opportunities

Facilitate pathways for apprentices, trainees, and undergraduates

Deliver internal inclusion initiatives and coordinate key dates of significance to foster an inclusive and connected project culture.

Provide guidance and support to project teams on social inclusion practices
What you’re good at:
- Experience in social inclusion, community engagement, or stakeholder roles within infrastructure or construction

Understanding of Queensland Procurement Policy and state agency social outcomes requirements

Experience working with Aboriginal businesses, communities, or organisations

Exposure to social enterprise and not-for-profit sectors

Proven ability to support employment and training pathways for diverse or disadvantaged cohorts

Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building capability

Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively

Passion for driving meaningful social outcomes in major projects
