The Role
You will be responsible for providing quality, timely and efficient output of document production. These roles will be fulfilling a high-volume scanning project. We are looking for several computer operators who are interested in preparing and scanning documents on a casual basis – no experience is necessary as full training will be provided.
This role is suitable for enthusiastic individuals who are willing to learn about the conversion of hard-copy records to digital content.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation and scanning of documents
- Meeting and exceeding the required KPI.
- Effectively communicating with Operations Manager.
- Data entry.
- ad hoc admin tasks as required.
This is a casual role that will be called in on an as needs basis.

About you
The successful candidate in this role will be passionate in delivering quality service to our clients. You enjoy being part of a team and have exceptional organisation and time management skills. You will also have:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrable patience under pressure and the ability to handle routine work independently
