As our B2B Onboarding Specialist, you'll guide interior designers, architects, and retail partners from their first interaction through to their first purchase, creating a seamless onboarding experience while helping grow Miss Amara's thriving trade community.
This is a 25-hour per week hybrid role, with 4 days working from home and 1 day based at our Miss Amara Office/Distribution Centre.
As a B2B Onboarding Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our commercial growth, managing the full client journey, from initial onboarding through to their first purchase. You will focus on proactively converting leads into active members, speaking their design language, and ensuring our trade partners feel confident and supported. You’ll help us deliver the best experience possible, all while upholding our values of We Care, Be Transparent, FTLA (Fast Test Learn Adapt), Keep It Simple, and Best in Class.
- Build and manage relationships with interior designers, architects, and retail partners from first contact through to sale.
- Proactively engage new trade enquiries and identify opportunities to grow the B2B customer pipeline.
- Reconnect with dormant accounts and support customers with upcoming projects and abandoned cart enquiries.
- Provide personalised product recommendations, trade pricing, and platform guidance to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Manage your sales pipeline, nurture leads, and consistently work towards revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Content teams to optimise the B2B customer journey and improve lead conversion.
- Monitor sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports and insights to support data-driven decision-making.
- Spend one day each week at our South Granville warehouse coordinating and dispatching rug and fabric samples to trade clients.
You'll likely bring:

5+ years' experience in sales, preferably within interiors, homewares, furniture, or a related industry.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- A genuine passion for interior design, styling, and creating beautiful spaces.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence engaging clients at every stage of the sales journey.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence outcomes while building long-term partnerships.
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable learning new systems and explaining processes clearly to clients.
- Experience using tools such as Google Workspace, Shopify, and Monday.com (or similar CRM/project management platforms).
- A customer-first mindset with a drive to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales targets.
