The City is seeking applications for two permanent Customer Service Officer positions. As a Customer Service Officer, you will deliver exceptional customer service by responding to resident enquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and building positive relationships across multiple channels, including phone, webchat, email and face to face interactions.
Leverage your communication and problem-solving skills while supporting a vibrant community and contributing to meaningful outcomes for residents.
