About the Role:
We’re seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join our Gladstone branch, providing high-quality administration and customer service support, helping keep day‑to‑day operations running smoothly and creating a positive experience for customers and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate a range of administrative activities across sales or branch operations
- Maintain records, support stocktakes as required, process invoices and purchase orders
- Prepare quotations, tender responses and reports
- Handle incoming phone, email, and face‑to‑face enquiries from employees and clients promptly and professionally
- Complete accurate data entry, update databases, and support compliance requirements
- Provide any other miscellaneous administrative duties as required
About You:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with the ability to learn new systems
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organisation and time-management skills
- Ability to juggle competing priorities and deadlines
- Confident communicator with a friendly, customer-focused approach
- Flexible, adaptable, and eager to support changing business needs
- Exposure to CRM systems advantage but not essential
