As our Senior Manager, eDiscovery & Legal Data Intelligence(Chapter Lead) , you'll lead a team of eDiscovery & Legal Data Intelligence professionals who support some of the organisation's most significant legal, regulatory, investigative and compliance matters. You'll play a key role in shaping the future of eDiscovery & legal data intelligence capability across the Group, driving innovation, uplifting capability and delivering trusted legal technology solutions at enterprise scale.
You'll combine deep eDiscovery expertise with strong people leadership to deliver innovative, defensible and efficient outcomes for a broad range of internal stakeholders.

Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing team of eDiscovery & Legal Data Intelligence professionals
Driving best-practice eDiscovery & legal data intelligence operations, governance and service delivery
Acting as a trusted advisor on complex litigation, regulatory and investigative matters
Shaping the strategic direction of our RelativityOne platform and legal technology capabilities
Driving innovation through automation, analytics and AI-enabled solutions
Building capability, engagement and succession across the chapter
Partnering with Legal, Risk, Compliance, Investigations and Technology teams to deliver enterprise outcomes.

We are interested in hearing from people who have:
Extensive experience in eDiscovery, legal technology, investigations or legal operations at a Senior Manager/Director level.
Deep expertise with RelativityOne, including platform administration, workflows, analytics and review optimisation
Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams
Experience supporting complex litigation, regulatory, compliance or investigation matters
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence senior leaders
A passion for building capability, improving processes and driving strategic outcomes
Desirable skills:
Relativity certifications or advanced platform expertise
Knowledge of information governance, records management or data retention practices
Experience working within financial services or other highly regulated environments
Exposure to large-scale transformation, platform or capability leadership initiatives.
