About the Role
Cosmos Consultancy is a trusted migration firm based in Box Hill, Victoria. We are seeking an experienced and organised Migration Administrator to join our dedicated team. This is a full-time, office-based position where you will provide essential support to our migration consultants while playing a key role in preparing applications and managing day-to-day administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and assist with lodging migration applications across a range of visa subclasses
- Liaise with clients to collect documentation and provide timely application updates
- Maintain accurate case files and records within the case management system
- Support migration consultants with preparation tasks and ad hoc duties as required
- Carry out general office and administrative duties to ensure smooth operations
What We Are Looking For
- Previous experience in a migration, legal, or professional services administrative role
- Working knowledge of Australian immigration processes and visa subclasses
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management software
- A proactive, team-oriented approach with strong organisational ability
