What is on offer
The role will report to the Technical Manager, collaborating closely with them to address issues, establish best practices and optimal processes. This office-based role operates during standard business hours, Monday through Friday. Responsibilities encompass a mix of support and project assignments, serving as a focal point for addressing complex networking faults, designs, and modifications. The role also provides a 3rd line escalation point for our service desk technicians.
Essential skills and experience requirements
· Eligible to work in Australia
· In depth knowledge of M365 \ Teams
· Virtualisation Platforms, including Hyper-V and VMWare
· Multi-platform Network engineering
· Proven experience with deployment of new hardware and software, including the build of virtual server environments
· Cloud platforms
· Storage solutions
· Windows Server environment design
· Microsoft Exchange design & deployment
· SharePoint design & deployment
· Application configuration & deployment
· Valid driver's license
· Provide a current National Police Certificate
· Excellent communication skills
· Proactive with a “can do” attitude
· Commitment to providing the highest level of customer service
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
· 3 years’ experience in a similar role
· MS-700 & other relevant qualifications (ITIL, MCP, etc.) are well-regarded
· Experience working with Palo Alto firewalls, HP Aruba switches and Aruba Central is required
