At Catalyst, you won’t just take on a role – you’ll take on a challenge. Catalyst Metals owns and operates the Plutonic Gold Mine in Western Australia, where continued underground growth and exploration success across the Plutonic Belt are creating an exciting and evolving operation.
With a current resource of 41.1Mt at 3.1g/t (4.1Moz) and a Reserve of 18.1Mt at 2.6g/t (1.54Moz), Plutonic is continuing to grow, with two new underground mines, K2 and Trident, commencing over the past 12 months. This role sits within our Technical Services team and plays a key part in supporting safe, practical and production-aligned engineering outcomes.
You’ll work closely with geology, underground operations and maintenance to ensure plans are executable, risks are understood and performance is optimised. With multiple growth fronts across the mine and a strategy to increase annual production from 1.1Mtpa to 2.2Mtpa, this is a dynamic environment where engineering decisions have a direct and visible impact.
You’ll be supported by experienced leaders who are genuinely invested in mentoring and developing their teams. As Catalyst continues to build a long-life gold business and expand across the Plutonic Belt, so do the opportunities to broaden your exposure and progress your career.
