Details: Injury Management within the Work Safety Group is seeking highly motivated and suitably experienced people, to develop a merit pool to fill vacancies at the Assistant Director level. The successful applicant will manage and support small teams of Rehabilitation Case Managers in the delivery of tailored case management and return to work services to a diverse range of operational areas across the ACT Public Service (ACTPS). To be successful, you will demonstrate strong leadership and management qualities as well as excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills. This is a fast-paced, highly complex operational environment and the ability to meet tight deadlines while managing competing priorities is essential. Note: This is a temporary position available for 12 months with the possibility of permanency.
A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and may be used to fill future identical vacancies over the next 12 months.
This position has moved to a new workplace designed for activity-based working (ABW). Under ABW arrangements, officers will not have a designated workstation/desk.
