We are looking for a Behavioural Support Practitioner to join our multi-disciplinary team!

Educational Case Management is looking for an enthusiastic and passionate PositiveBehavioural Support Practitioner to join our thriving, supportive multi-disciplinary teamin Hamilton and Rutherford. Educational Case Management Pty Ltd comprises of amultidisciplinary team of highly professional Psychologists, Counsellors, SocialWorkers, Behavioural Support Practitioners, Speech Pathologists, Occupational

Therapists, Exercise Physiologists and Allied Health Assistants providing therapy for arange of clients, with a diverse range of needs, across the life span.

The successful candidate would have a serious passion towards Behavioural Management and eager for greater challenges and personal growth.

The successful applicant will have:

A Tertiary qualification in Psychology or a related Field with Positive Behavioural Support certification
NDIS behaviour support practitioner identification and holds a proficient or highercapability level.
Extensive knowledge of positive behaviour supports principles and restrictedpractices
Strong problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with a range of stakeholders
A valid driver’s license
Experience in working with children, adolescents, and families.
A collaborative, enthusiastic, and client-focused approach.
A WWCC & NDIS Worker Check
