An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced person to fill this challenging role to co lead the SESLHD Youth Mental Health Services , in the delivery of a comprehensive, integrated, innovative mental health service to youth across the across the 12-25 year age range.
The successful applicant/s will work closely with the Clinical Director Child and Youth Mental Health and the leaders of the CAMHS, Youth and Adult mental health services in SESLHD, as well as key service partners, including the Site Service Directors.

You will be based at Eastern Suburbs Mental Health Service and SESLHD Mental Health Service, located on the Bondi Junction Community Health Centre.

Role Requirements
To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the following criteria in your application:
- Relevant clinical qualifications and/or experience relevant to younger persons mental health.
- Awareness of Statewide and Local Health District Mental Health policies and strategic directions.
- High level verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge and skills in the areas of youth mental health.
- Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to quality/clinical practice improvement.
- Commitment to developing and implementing services for younger persons mental health.
- Commitment to promoting and implementing a population health approach to service delivery.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, mentoring, negotiation and facilitation skills.
