What you'll be doing
As an Administration Officer in our outpatients cardiac clinic your duties will include:
- Manage all data entry with accuracy for delivery of the Echocardiocardiography service, Heart Failure Clinic and echocardiogram reporting
- Organize all the daily activities of the department
- Book any required appointments
- Take telephone enquiries from patients / others and follow on as required
- Co-ordinate with different areas of the hospital to ensure service delivery
- Work closely with Bookings & Admission team
- Highly professional phone manner and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-developed computer skills including accurate data entry skills.
