About the Role
We are currently seeking a motivated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our expanding team.
This is a mobile community-based role with flexibility and autonomy, working with a diverse caseload including:
- NDIS participants
- Aged care clients
- Functional capacity assessments
- Assistive technology recommendations
- Home modifications
- Manual handling assessments
- Falls prevention
- Pressure care
- Cognitive and mobility assessments

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive OT assessments
- Develop therapy plans and intervention strategies
- Complete clinical documentation and reports
- Recommend assistive technology and home modifications
- Liaise with families, support coordinators, and healthcare professionals
- Deliver person-centred therapy services in the community
Essential Criteria
- Bachelor or Master degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current AHPRA registration
- Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working With Children Check
- Strong communication and report writing skills
- Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
Desirable
- Experience in community, NDIS, or aged care settings
- Experience with FCA reports and assistive technology
- Knowledge of manual handling and pressure care management
