Reporting to the Senior Event Manager, the Event Coordinator plays a vital role in delivering exceptional Raceday and non-Raceday events across ATC's iconic venues. From corporate functions and conferences to premium hospitality experiences, you'll work closely with clients and key stakeholders to turn ideas into seamless, memorable events.
Key responsibilities include:

Coordinate allocated events from planning through to delivery, ensuring exceptional client service.

Prepare event documentation including, event orders, floor plans, and invoices.

Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to drive successful event outcomes.

Coordinate and manage ATC internal meetings and internal race day hospitality.

Provide onsite support before, during and after events as required.

Support the Hospitality & Events team with administration, reporting, purchase orders, and compliance activities.

Alignment with the ATC values Achieve, Care, Collaborate & Innovate;

1-2 years’ experience in Event Coordination or Hospitality Industry experience, preferably in multi-site venues and working with large banquets, conferences and exhibitions;

Ability to build and develop stakeholder relationships both internally and externally;

Excellent time management, planning and goal driven skills;
-
Demonstrated computer and software application skills;
-
Attention to detail is a must!;

Willingness and capability to travel to other venues as required.
