Office Administration Assistant
We are seeking a professional and enthusiastic Office Administration Assistant to join our growing team. This diverse role combines front-of-house responsibilities with sales administration support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, organisation, and working in a fast-paced real estate environment.
As the first point of contact for our clients, you will provide exceptional customer service while supporting our sales team with property listings, marketing campaigns, contract administration, database management, and general office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing reception and being the first point of contact for clients
- Answering and directing phone calls and email enquiries
- Welcoming clients and visitors to the office
- Providing administrative support to the sales team
- Preparing sales documentation and marketing materials
- Uploading and managing property listings
- Database and CRM management
- Coordinating appointments, inspections, and open homes
- Assisting with compliance and sales file management
- General office administration duties
