Maintenance Supervisor, Board Machine
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Maintenance Supervisor, Board Machine to lead and support maintenance operations within a customer site environment. This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of board machine assets while driving safety, team development, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

Requirments & Qualifications
- Support company strategy execution and achievement of business objectives.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure effective communication.
- Ensure team compliance with HR and HSE requirements.
- Develop team competence and drive performance against KPIs.
- Support maintenance budget management and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Plan and coordinate maintenance activities, shutdowns, and reliability improvements.
- Maintain engineering standards and operational excellence.
- Participate in on-call support and plant maintenance activities as required.
- Mechanical Engineering diploma/ degree or similar.
Competencies and skills
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, customers, and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements.
