About the role
We are looking for a creative, talented and passionate chef who will enhance our already phenomenal pastry team with their own innovation and experience. Your creative contribution to menu planning, execution and delivery of expertly curated dishes will be welcomed.
About you
Relevant tertiary qualifications (Certificate III in Commercial Cookery)
Previous experience in similar roles and environments
Demonstrated creativity in developing and executing high end pastry and dessert offerings, with an eye for flavour balance, presentation and innovation
Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring precision in recipes, finishes, plating, and consistency across all pastry items
Commitment to high culinary standards, maintaining excellence in quality and technique
Strong organisational and time management skills, ability to manage prep, service, and deadlines
Adherence to food safety and hygiene standards
Collaborative team mindset, working closely with senior chefs and kitchen teams while contributing ideas and maintaining a positive can-do attitude.
