Additional Information:
We are recruiting for multiple opportunities within the Customer Fulfilment team at IKEA Marsden Park:
- Self-Serve Warehouse Co-worker - Permanent, part-time, 30hrs/fortnight
- Fulfilment Co-worker - Permanent, full-time, 40hrs/fortnight
- Fulfilment Co-worker - Fixed-term, part-time, 30hrs/fortnight (6-month contract)
- This role requires flexibility to work a rotating roster between 6:00am and 9:00pm, Monday to Sunday, including availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends in a month (both Saturday and Sunday), in line with business needs.
- As part of the recruitment process, this role requires a pre-employment check, including a National Police Check for final candidates.

Team vision (text) Customer Fulfilment is at the heart of creating a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Our team is responsible for ensuring products are available where and when customers need them, whether that's replenishing stock, supporting customers in our Self-Serve Warehouse, or preparing orders for collection and delivery.
Depending on the role you are matched to, your responsibilities may include:
Fulfilment Co-worker (Replenishment & Outbound)
- Storing, retrieving, replenishing and transporting stock throughout the warehouse.
- Actively contributing to high goods availability through accurate stock management and replenishment.
- Picking, preparing and processing customer orders for collection and delivery.
- Using manual handling equipment to complete fulfilment operations tasks.
- Following IKEA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure safety and operational excellence.
- Supporting the wider fulfilment team to achieve shared goals.
Self-Serve Co-worker
- Engaging with customers on the sales floor and in the Self-Serve Warehouse area.
- Supporting customers by sharing product and service knowledge to help them make confident purchasing decisions.
- Ensuring high product availability through accurate replenishment of assigned sales and warehouse areas.
- Operating warehouse equipment to support stock movement and replenishment activities.
- Maintaining a clean, organised and fully stocked sales environment.
- Collaborating with colleagues across the store to create a positive customer experience.
