We specialise in both Residential and Commercial Construction projects and are leaders in our class delivering Quality STRATCO Patios, Carports & Decks to the Northside of Brisbane.
About the role:
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for site inspections, project management and coordination of multiple sites; organising and running trades, contractors and employees while ensuring quality and safety requirements are met.
Your area would be predominantly Northside Brisbane with the occasional southside project.
This role offers an opportunity to blend technical expertise with leadership, refining processes, and collaborating closely with operations and project teams to turn opportunities into successful projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Site inspections preparing ready for certification process
- Ordering materials
- Organising/programming employees & trades to complete works
- Site health & safety
- Regular site attendance
- Quality control
- Problem solving to ensure customer satisfaction
- Liaise with admin staff and Managing Director
About You:
You will have an enthusiastic, customer focused and process driven approach with the proven ability to provide results in the construction industry. You will need to enjoy the challenge of a fast paced, multi-project environment.
- Ability to manage multiple jobs from Council to Implementation
- Ability and desire to be part of a small, dynamic team
- Building trade / Construction qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in construction
- Proven working experience in Construction / Project Management
- High level attention to detail
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Intermediate computer literacy
- Ability to forward plan work and prioritise tasks
- Ability and flexibility to adapt to changing demands
Qualifications Required:
- Trade/Construction qualifications
- Construction White Card
- Safe working at heights accreditation (preferred but not essential)
- Drivers licence
- Experience in Residential & Commercial job sites

Pay: $100,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
