Details: Are you passionate about business improvement, project delivery, and making complex change simple?
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Officer to support the delivery of key Accounts Payable initiatives, specifically the implementation of the new Superannuation Guarantee changes and how this impacts the future of contractor payments.
In this role, you'll work closely with business stakeholders, suppliers, finance teams and system specialists to coordinate project activities, analyse impacts, support process improvements, and help ensure successful delivery of this initiative.
What You'll Do

Support the planning and implementation of the Superannuation changes and associated impacts.

Assist with the implementation of Superannuation Guarantee changes and related business process improvements.

Prepare project documentation, reports, communications, and briefing materials.

Engage with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate activities and support change adoption.

Contribute to continuous improvement opportunities within Accounts Payable processes and systems.

Previous experience in a high-volume and dynamic Accounts Payable environment is highly desirable.
Note: This is a temporary position available immediately for a period of six months with the possibility of permanency. A merit pool may be established from this selection process to be used to fill future identical vacancies over the next 12 months. Selection may be made on application and referees report only.
