Sands Fridge Lines (Sands) is seeking experienced and motivated HC Drivers to join our Transport team at our Forrestfield depot.
In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of goods throughout the Perth metropolitan area, playing a vital role in our Metro Pick-Up and Delivery (PUD) operations.
This is a full-time permanent position, working Monday to Friday, with above-award rates and opportunities for overtime. Key Responsibilities

Safely operate Heavy Combination (HC) vehicles to perform metropolitan pick-up and delivery services.

Transport goods efficiently and professionally across designated routes.

Conduct pre-start and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness and compliance with safety standards.

Comply with all relevant road transport legislation, including Chain of Responsibility (CoR), driver fatigue management, and load restraint requirements.

Maintain accurate delivery documentation, vehicle logs, and incident reports.

Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring goods are delivered safely, on time, and in excellent condition.

Assist with loading and unloading activities as required.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:

A current HC Driver's Licence.

Full Australian working rights.

Live in Perth WA

Demonstrated commitment to safe work practices and procedures.

Proven experience reversing trailers, including docking and dolly operations.

Sound knowledge of Perth metropolitan and surrounding areas.

Working knowledge of Chain of Responsibility (CoR) and load restraint legislation.

The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

A reliable, professional, and punctual approach to work.
