The Opportunity
People are at the heart of everything we do.
Every day, hundreds of children across Queensland, South Australia and the ACT walk through our doors ready to learn, play and grow. Behind every great centre is a team of passionate educators and leaders—and behind those teams is a People & Culture function that provides practical support, guidance and expertise.
We're looking for an experienced People & Culture Coordinator who enjoys balancing the operational side of HR with meaningful advisory work.
This isn't purely an administration role.
While you'll coordinate employment changes, maintain employee records and ensure compliance, you'll also partner with Centre Directors to provide practical HR advice, support employee relations matters and help leaders navigate people challenges with confidence.
If you're looking for a role that will broaden your HR experience and prepare you for the next step in your career, we'd love to hear from you.
Why Join Edge?
At Edge Early Learning, you'll join a growing organisation where People & Culture is valued as a genuine business partner.
