Develop and execute the APAC THV field training strategy, including launch, management, and continuous improvement of training processes, programs, and projects that maximize clinical field team acumen, procedural confidence, and effectiveness.
Design, develop, and deliver training content and programs, including virtual training, in-person courses, region-level calls, digital content, simulator-based training, and product/procedure-related educational tools.
Support new hire field training through structured onboarding, coaching, mentoring, skills development, and assessment of clinical knowledge, capabilities, and procedural readiness.
Create and manage product, procedural, and program-related training documents and educational tools from planning through execution, including substantiation targets, approval processes, and post-program updates.
Measure training effectiveness using post-meeting surveys, field feedback, clinical outcomes, KOL review, and regional procedural success data; identify gaps and lead implementation of improvement plans to support >99% procedural success delivery.
Partner with Marketing, Professional Education, Medical Affairs, regional teams, vendors, and global stakeholders to ensure training priorities, messaging, materials, and methodologies are strategically aligned.
Identify, engage, and influence KOLs and subject matter experts to support strategically aligned educational messages, clinical assessments, and program development.
Act as a member of the Advanced Imaging Support team, delivering high-quality CT reports and supporting imaging-related education as required.
Serve as a subject matter expert for THV simulator use and training, including hands-on support for device preparation, case simulation, and procedural education.
Observe and participate in THV cases to maintain current knowledge of therapies, products, procedures, regional practices, and technical matters relevant to training delivery.
Maintain awareness of regulatory, compliance, regional guideline, and internal policy requirements, ensuring all training content and activities remain appropriately aligned.
Manage vendor relationships and coordinate external partners where required to deliver high-quality education programs and materials.
Perform other incidental duties as required.
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with greater than 5 years experience in the healthcare industry, sales, marketing, clinical education, or professional education; advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Prior experience in interventional cardiology, structural heart, radiology, cath lab, operating room, or procedural clinical environments preferred.
Clinician experience in intra-operative or catheter-based procedures acquired through a Registered Nursing Degree curriculum (RN), or in roles such as Radiologic Technologist (RT), Operating Room Technician (ORT), or Cardiovascular Technician (RCIS), preferred.
Experience developing and delivering professional education, field training, clinical training, or product/procedure-related learning programs preferred.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional APAC languages are a plus.
Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical skills, detail orientation, and data-driven decision-making.
Proven organisational and project management skills, with ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, regional environment.
Skilled at influencing without authority and guiding stakeholders across functions, regions, and organisational levels.
Ability to develop and apply alternative teaching methods to support varied learner needs, field team experience levels, and regional market requirements.
Demonstrated capability in speaker management, content development, attendee strategy, vendor management, and educational program execution.
Excellent documentation, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with agencies, vendors, KOLs, field teams, regional leaders, and internal cross-functional stakeholders.
Highly creative, with the ability to think strategically and develop innovative approaches to education delivery.
Extensive knowledge of Edwards regulatory, compliance, Titanium Book values, and relevant professional education requirements, and regional guidelines where applicable.
Must be self-motivated, goal-oriented with high level of energy.
Manages ambiguity and can work highly independent.
Should be willing to travel (50%+)
