Senior Repair Technician & Store Manager

With multiple stores across Newcastle and continued growth, we're looking for an experienced Senior Repair Technician & Store Manager to lead one of our locations.
This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone with extensive repair experience who enjoys leading a team, maintaining high repair standards and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
About the Role
As Store Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operation of the store while performing advanced repairs and supporting your team.
You'll be responsible for maintaining repair quality, mentoring technicians, managing stock, driving sales, and ensuring every customer receives exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate your team
- Perform advanced repairs on mobile phones, tablets and laptops
- Diagnose complex faults and ensure repairs meet our high standards
- Train and mentor technicians
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Manage inventory and store presentation
- Drive sales of repairs and accessories
- Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations
Skills & Experience
We're looking for someone with proven technical knowledge and leadership ability.
Essential:
- Extensive experience repairing iPhone, Samsung and other Android devices
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- Experience repairing laptops and tablets
- Previous leadership or management experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
- A high level of attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
