NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner: your own telehealth caseload across Greater Sydney and New South Wales, all ages, reducing restrictive practices, with low admin on our own platform.
About Rally
Rally is an NDIS allied health team spanning Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology and Positive Behaviour Support. We wrap a connected team around each participant and keep everyone on the same page through our own platform for video, notes and admin. We've launched and are growing to support participants across Greater Sydney and New South Wales.
We've launched and we're onboarding participants now, so it's a good time to join and help shape how the service runs as we grow.
The role
This is your own caseload across all ages: functional behaviour assessments, behaviour support plans, and building the capacity of families and support teams — delivered however suits the participant, remotely or in person.
What you'll do
- Complete functional behaviour assessments with participants, families and support teams
- Develop interim and comprehensive behaviour support plans in line with the NDIS (Restrictive Practices and Behaviour Support) Rules
- Work to reduce and, where possible, eliminate restrictive practices
- Build the capacity of families, carers and support workers to implement strategies
- Coordinate with our OT and Speech team on shared records
Why practitioners like working this way
- Work your way. Deliver by telehealth, in person, or a mix — it's up to you.
- Low admin. Our own platform handles your notes, scheduling and video calls.
- A connected team. OT, Speech and Behaviour Support share notes on our platform, so you're never the lone provider.
- Flexibility with continuity. Set your own hours, with a commitment to consistency for participants.
You'll need
- To be a suitable NDIS behaviour support practitioner (Core, Proficient or Advanced), or working toward suitability through the entry-level pathway with our supervision — every level is welcome
- A relevant background (psychology, OT, speech pathology, social work, special education, disability studies or applied behaviour analysis); the NDIS assesses capability against the PBS Capability Framework rather than one set degree
- Experience with functional behaviour assessments and behaviour support plans (or developing it via the entry-level pathway)
- An NDIS Worker Screening Check and NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- A Working With Children Check, national police check, professional indemnity insurance, and an ABN
- Comfort delivering support over telehealth
What we offer
A flexible contract you shape around your life, our own platform that keeps admin light, and a real OT, Speech and Behaviour Support team behind you — delivered however suits you, remotely or in person.
Keen? Apply via Indeed with your CV and a few lines about your approach to positive behaviour support. Practitioners across Greater Sydney and New South Wales welcome, all levels.
Rally Health is delivered by Hope Disability Support Pty Ltd, a registered NDIS provider.
