We are passionate about helping our members achieve their health and fitness goals, and we are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team.
Job Description:
It’s imperative that you are sales focused, social media savvy and full of energy.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks such as achieving lead generation and sales targets, retention, marketing, social media, delivering top level customer service and building a community based culture in the club and local community.
To stand out, you will need to have:
● A track record of setting, achieving and surpassing lead generation and sales targets.
● Solid marketing experience and social media savvy.
● Success in outreach and community engagement (highly regarded)
● The ability to forward think and plan for success
● Outstanding customer service and people skills
● Excellent leadership skills
● Eye for detail and strong administration skills
● Be a team player and be WILLING to learn and grow with the club.
● Experience in sales, working and/or training in a gym facility.

To be considered successful in the role:
● First Aid and CPR Certificate (or be willing to obtain)
● Certificate III in Fitness (Preference)
● Working with Childrens Check (or be willing to obtain)
