Due to business growth, we are looking for a dependable team member to join our Prestons team.
The Role
This position is primarily focused customer service and warehouse assistance. You will be assisting trade customers, preparing orders and supporting daily operations in a well-organised warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting trade customers at the counter
- Preparing quotes and processing orders
- Coordinating and preparing orders for collection or delivery
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Supporting general warehouse duties as needed
About You
- Experience in building supplies, hardware or a related industry (preferred)
- Confident communicating with builders and trades
- Physically capable of light warehouse tasks
- Basic computer skills
- Reliable, punctual and well-presented
- Able to work comfortably within a small team
