Your new role:
As a Speech Pathologist Mental Health Clinician, you'll play a vital role in helping children and young people achieve better communication and mental health outcomes. Working within the Browns Plains Community Child and Youth Addiction and Mental Health Service, you'll deliver evidence-based assessment and intervention as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team. This permanent part-time opportunity offers ongoing professional development, clinical supervision and the chance to contribute to service improvement initiatives that positively impact young people and their families.
Deliver evidence-based speech pathology assessment, intervention and evaluation.
Support children, adolescents and their families through person-centred care.
Develop communication and language interventions tailored to individual needs.
Contribute to discharge planning and coordinated care pathways.
About you:
You're a compassionate Speech Pathologist who is passionate about supporting children and young people experiencing mental health challenges. You enjoy working collaboratively, value evidence-based practice and are committed to delivering exceptional patient-centred care.
Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology with eligibility for Speech Pathology Australia membership.
Experience delivering evidence-based speech pathology services for children and young people.
Strong assessment, intervention and clinical decision-making skills.
A collaborative approach to multidisciplinary care.
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
