As a Retail Performance Manager in brand new Western Sydney International airport, you will drive profitable sales growth, exceptional customer experience, and operational excellence across all retail stores through effective leadership, coaching, commercial execution, and performance management.
What You’ll Do:
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be accountable for:
✅ Driving sales, profitability, and KPI performance across your area
✅ Leading and developing Store Managers and Assistant Store Managers
✅ Delivering exceptional customer experiences and service standards
✅ Coaching teams to achieve commercial and operational excellence
✅ Optimising labour, productivity, inventory and merchandising execution
✅ Ensuring compliance with security, safety and operational requirements
✅ Building strong relationships with airport stakeholders and business partners
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Proven multi-site retail leadership experience
✅ Strong commercial acumen with a results-driven mindset
✅ Excellent coaching, people development and leadership skills
✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
✅ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
✅ Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
✅ Flexibility to work a rotating roster (early mornings, late nights & weekends)
✅ Valid working rights & ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
