As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring a seamless, refined experience for all guests. You will lead by example across both floor service and bar operations, maintaining exceptional standards in this intimate boutique setting.
Supervise and support the F&B team to uphold luxury service standards
Deliver exceptional floor and bar service in a boutique fine-dining environment
Assist with daily operational flow to ensure consistency and efficiency
Provide warm, polished guest service and manage requests with professionalism
Support staff training, mentoring, and performance development
Assist with staff scheduling, stock management, and bar preparation
Ensure compliance with all health, hygiene, and safety regulations
Help execute special events and VIP experiences
Maintain high standards of food and beverage presentation
You are a hospitality professional with a passion for boutique dining and exceptional guest experiences. You lead with confidence, communicate clearly, and thrive in a refined, fast-paced setting.
Previous experience in a supervisory role within a high-end restaurant or boutique resort
Demonstrated ability across both floor and bar operations
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a dynamic environment
Nationally Recognised Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate (Essential)
Valid Driver’s Licence (Desirable)
High attention to detail and commitment to luxury service standards
