Job Overview:
Join a leading global fintech company operating in the online trading and financial services space. As a Senior P&C Business Partner, you will partner closely with Technology and Product leaders as a trusted HR advisor, driving people strategies, employee experience, organizational effectiveness and business outcomes across a fast-paced, global environment.
This is a strategic yet hands-on role where you will work with senior stakeholders across multiple regions and cultures while contributing to global People & Culture initiatives.
What Will You Do:

Partner with Technology and Product leaders to understand business priorities and deliver effective people solutions.

Act as a trusted advisor, coach and confidante to senior leaders on people and organizational matters.

Drive initiatives across organizational design, succession planning, talent management, leadership development, change management and workforce planning.

Support global P&C cycles including performance management, remuneration and employee engagement.

Proactively manage employee relations matters and people-related risks across different regions.

Analyze workforce data and trends to provide insights and recommendations to business leaders.

Lead and support P&C projects focused on employee experience, culture and organizational effectiveness.

Drive continuous improvement across HR systems, processes, reporting and employee experience.

Develop high-quality HR policies, guidelines, manager resources, reports and communications.

Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Payroll and wider P&C teams to deliver effective people outcomes.

Contribute to global P&C strategy, policies and process improvements.

Lead internal P&C communications through platforms such as email, Slack and other communication channels.

Support capability development and foster a culture of collaboration, ownership and delivery excellence.

Work effectively across regions, cultures and time zones.
What Makes You a Good Fit:

10+ years of HR/P&C experience, including strong experience at a senior Business Partner level.

Degree or relevant qualification in Human Resources, Psychology or a related discipline.

Proven experience partnering with Technology and Product teams in a fast-paced environment.

Experience within fintech, financial services, technology or a similarly dynamic industry is highly desirable.

Strong experience handling employee relations, organizational change and people challenges across multiple regions.

Demonstrated ability to develop and implement people initiatives from planning through to execution.

Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to engage and challenge senior leaders effectively.

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to turn workforce data into actionable insights.

Excellent organization and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.

Comfortable operating in a matrix environment with ambiguity and changing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Postgraduate qualification in HR or a related field.
