Part Time Accounts Clerk required.
Core Responsibilities
- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process, verify, and reconcile invoices, dispatches payments, and issue receipts.
- Reconciliation: Match bank, credit card, and vendor statements with internal company ledgers to identify discrepancies.
- Data Entry & Record Keeping: Accurately log financial data into accounting systems and maintain organized physical and digital files.
- Payroll Support: Assist with processing employee payroll, ensuring accurate wage calculations and tax deductions.
- Reporting: Compile data for month-end reports.
- Communication: Address payment, billing and general inquiries from clients and suppliers.
Key Skills & Requirements
- Software Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
- Software Experience : MYOB Accounting software essential
- Attention to Detail: High accuracy in numerical data entry to prevent financial discrepancies.
- Time Management: Ability to meet strict processing and reporting deadlines.
- Qualifications: Certificate III or IV in Accounting/Bookkeeping, or relevant on-the-job experience.
Pay: $25,000.00 – $30,000.00 per year
