We're seeking results-driven Territory Managers to drive growth across key Victorian territories. We have multiple opportunities available, with one role focused on Melbourne's north-west, Geelong and surrounding areas, and another focused on Melbourne's south-east suburbs and the Mornington Peninsula. Both roles include some regional travel and the opportunity to make a significant impact within your territory.

About the Role
As a Territory Manager, you'll drive sales growth and commercial outcomes across your territory by building trusted partnerships with healthcare practitioners. Through effective territory planning, customer engagement and sales execution, you'll identify growth opportunities, increase advocacy and expand product uptake across Integria's practitioner brands.
Balancing customer success with commercial performance, you'll play a key role in growing market share and supporting the continued success of our Practitioner channel.
What you’ll do:
- Manage and grow a territory of practitioner clients, building trusted relationships with healthcare professionals

Deliver sales targets, KPIs and commercial objectives through effective territory management and account planning.
- Identify growth opportunities that increase product uptake, customer advocacy and territory performance.
- Execute national promotions, educational initiatives and product campaigns.
- Analyse sales performance, customer insights and market trends to inform territory strategy.
- Provide product, technical and business support that helps practitioners achieve successful outcomes.
- Plan and complete 6 to 8 quality customer visits per on-road day.
- Represent Integria professionally while championing our purpose, brands and practitioner partnerships.
What you’ll bring:
- A qualification in naturopathy or herbal medicine - giving you credibility and confidence when talking with practitioner clients

Proven success in achieving sales targets and growing customer relationships.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and convert growth opportunities.
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
- Strong organisational and territory planning capabilities.
- Confidence using sales insights and data to make informed decisions.
- A proactive, self-motivated and collaborative approach.
- A current driver's licence and flexibility to travel, including overnight stays.
