Jin Tai Lang Colonnades Pty Ltd, trading as Kintaro Sushi Restaurant, is currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Full Time Restaurant Manager to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of our busy restaurant in Noarlunga Centre, South Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction
- Manage staff recruitment, training, rostering, and performance
- Monitor stock levels, ordering, and inventory control
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health regulations
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve complaints professionally
- Manage budgets, sales targets, and operational costs
- Work closely with kitchen staff to maintain service efficiency and quality standards
Skills and Experience:
- Relevant qualification in hospitality management or related field preferred
- At least 1years of experience in a similar management role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service standards
