Location: Kingscliff, Gold Coast, or Brisbane (or remote working)
Your day-to-day will involve
- Monitor/respond to incoming emails and phone calls from existing and future customers
- Conduct software testing of our existing and new features. Document them online.
- Ensure the successful conversion of new customers and retention of existing customers by providing them with the best technical support.
- Work closely with our sales team and our development team.
Required experience / qualification
- Bachelor degree in science, engineer or technology
- Optional: Experience with bookkeeping using accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, and QuickBooks.
- Optional: Having experience with manual software testing; or software development
- Excellent English communication skills
- Great with technologies
